Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BOKEFA! If you are not satisfied with your purchase here is what you need to know:

• Non customized products including jewellery can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  
• Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
• The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable, and there will be a $7.5 restocking fee removed from your refund.
• Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
• Buy one get one items and 50%（and above) discount items are not eligible for return unless quality issue.
• For customized products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues. If there is a quality issue, please contact us to discuss and confirm the return or exchange solution.
